- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I charge $200 an hour for legal services. Depending on the case and the extent of representation I charge a retainer fee. My paralegal charges $100 an hour. I notarize documents for $10 a signature. Process server is base of $50 plus $0.60 a mile from the office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After first contact on phone or e-mail I set up a time to interview you and discuss your needs in depth. I give a frank assessment as to what to expect and what the cost should be. Then we sign a representation agreement and work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University. I have a bachelor of science in business finance. I regularly take Continuing Legal Education classes as well.
