I really liked how her class had a lot of different aspects and included not only yoga practice that was the right level for the students but also including yoga philoshophy and explainations of how the modern practice of yoga differs from it's roots as a practice. I als enjoyed learning different meditations, new stretches and poses.
Gina has been helping me w/my alignment as I navigate a new yoga practice. I am 60 w/some sports injuries to work through. She is punctual and mindful of our time together as well as flexible if we need to change things. She also provides a written summary of our work together (to help me as I practice w/out her!) while supplementing these summaries w/relevant support information. Gina is gifted in her abilities to communicate and provide specific guidance towards optimum form (for me!). I have seen dramatic improvement and am gaining more confidence in deepening my practice. She has a deep knowledge of yoga, enduring patience and a steadfast commitment to teaching. It is her "right livelihood" and I am so incredibly lucky to have her in my life! I consider her my teacher and will continue to work w/her as I progress in this amazing journey of mind, body, and spirit integration.
Krystina Blackwell, is very professional as well as informative. I have had experiences with other instructors, none of which have been as patient, when I needed further explanation, as to what she has to offer, as far as my needs!
I love Chris' yoga class. She provides enough consistency to improve poses, but enough weekly variation to learn new poses and keep it challenging. Her class is the first class after years of doing yoga where I was finally able to do crow pose. I highly recommend Yoga by Chris!

Crissy has taught me Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Hatha is the basic entry level yoga, Vinyasa more advanced, and Yin a slower and deeper stretch. Personal favorites are Vinyasa for a good exercise/sweat and Yin for when I'm feeling tight in the hamstrings / lazy. She is very hands-on, outgoing and friendly, and overall excellent teacher who knows the sanskrit words and proper technique/alignments. The downstairs residential room is great for small and private sessions. Very conveniently located in Woodinville. Highly recommend.
