Brian puts a lot of work into understanding the person that he is working with. There is a lot of base focus on understanding goals, and then transitioning those goals into workable, trainable habits that the person he is working with can understand and accomplish. I've met with a couple trainers that struggled with my lack of gym knowledge, or their training stopped with gym exercises. Brian has been able to really work with me to build on the health and fitness goals that I have, and use his knowledge base to give solutions in areas that I am struggling; sometimes physical, but more often it's a mental stumbling block that I'm not able to work through. This is something that I have not been able to access with other trainers, and what I find especially unique and valuable to Brian. As a solo parent working outside the home during home school, and quarantine and everything EVERYONE has been going through this past little debacle--tapping into someone with Brian's skillset has been the best thing I could have done for myself. I feel educated and empowered after sessions to make changes that I've been wanting to make for a very long time, but didnt think I had the energy or time to devote to doing so. And I've been able to make those changes--which is a dramatic shift from previous patterns. I definitely look forward to continuing.Feb 13, 2021Verified

Brian is very professional, courteous and all around pleasant to talk to. He asks the right questions and listens well. If I was in the SeaTac area, I would gladly work with him.Jan 26, 2021Verified

I really enjoyed working with Brian. It was a great experience all the way around. Brian worked hard to give me tools to help me see things in a different way. Not only do I have a new way of seeing things, and new tools to use,, I also have the motivation to put them into practice. My time with Brian was time well spent.Jan 26, 2021Verified

Having the opportunity to engage in conversation or personal work - however you may call it, with Brain, is a gift to yourself. His highly attuned listening skills and a mind that can synthesize not only the context of an individuals life but the feelings and motivations within those stories allow for some critical self revelations in a brief period of time. He has the ability to guide oneself back to themselves without force. Instead he adeptly makes key connections, resulting in reflection, that lead to steps in a direction of change. All the while remaining, open hearted and articulate. Leaving you wanting the opportunity to work further with him to discover what more you can know about yourself.Nov 23, 2020
