Introduction: I am a professional, reliable notary public, certified loan closer and Real Estate Broker in Washington with years of real estate/finance experience. I have had my notary public commission and real estate license in several states. I have performed over 5000 closings since 2003, including purchase/sale, ELOC, ReFi, reverse mortgages, cash transactions, etc. My general service area includes all of King and Snohomish Counties. I pride myself in being friendly and courteous while maintaining a professional demeanor. My base fees are accessible on NotaryRotary.com; I have completed my background check via the National Notary Association, and I can provide excellent references upon request. For local-witness-only acknowledgements/jurats, I charge a minimum of $35 travel fee plus $10 per signature. I am also an ordained minister through Universal Life Church.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are set by estimated travel, time of day for travel and number of witnessed signatures. per signature fee is based on the number of signatures I witness (ie: one page with 2 signers and one notarization is 2 signatures. Three pages with 2 signers per page and 1 notarization is 6 signatures.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I only accept cash (exact money only - I don't carry money to make 'change', Zelle, Venmo or Paypal
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Washington State Notary Public Commission. Was previously commissioned in CO. Have worked in real estate and real estate finance for nearly two decades. Currently licensed broker with Skyline Properties.
