Sabrina and her team are phenomenal! They helped us sort & reorganize our home in an efficient, respectful, and functional way. When it came to items with emotional significance, Sabrina helped us work through the process of recognizing the items separate from the memory so we could more easily decide what to keep and what to let go of. And many times her team had ideas on how to keep a smaller sample in a purposeful way or who they knew would appreciate the item next. That supportive process really allowed us to clear out extra "stuff" we were storing for no reason. Overall, we really felt like we were on one of those home organizing reality shows with the lovely team swooping in with containers, label makers, and great ideas! I highly recommend It's Sorted if you are looking to thoughtfully declutter & reorganize a space.

We are so glad we found Sabrina and her team! They were amazing at getting the work done, and fast! They were well-coordinated, and well-equipped. Sabrina acted like a mentor to me on creating systems to keep things organized which I appreciated so much.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We work in 3-hour sessions at $375 per session for two organizers. If a client rebooks the same day they get a discount on subsequent sessions. All work must be paid in advance or we can split the payment 50% deposit and 50% on the day of service.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with a phone call to establish basic criteria and timing. We then schedule a complimentary walk-through either in person or by video to look at the space. If the client agrees to the work, they pay at that time and schedule the first work session. We create a detailed plan of action including steps for the client to take before we arrive. We arrive on the scheduled day and time ready to get to work. The pace of progress is determined by the decisiveness of the client. We remove everything from the space to be organized and then guide the client in deciding what to KEEP/DONATE/TOSS. We remove the items to donate or toss. We now organize the desired items and put things away. We bring organizing tools and products that we believe will improve the outcome. We prioritize using the client's product before purchasing any new product. If the client wants us to use the new containers, we can come back for a subsequent session and containerize and label. Or they can order for delivery to have containers/hangers/etc on hand on the day of organizing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have Certification as Certified Organizational Expert and I read extensively on the subject. I have a degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science so I am a degreed problem solver. Our team is fun and warm. We care about the outcome for our clients and want their experience to be the best.
