Kya was great to work with. Her background in architecture was an immediate eye catcher and her friendly and professional demeanor over our initial phone consultation was welcoming. We needed help planning our move into our new home while we were also juggling our new roles as parents to a newborn. Kya was very prompt in drafting a plan for where we should place our furniture throughout the home, which helped our move tremendously. She also recommended a product for a kitchen pantry. She unpacked and organized our kitchen and also built a pantry using an IKEA organizational system. Kya is great if you’re looking for a professional organizer!

Kya is an amazing partner to have when rethinking about organization from ground up. Her entire lifestyle routine is about optimization and building good habits. Kya is definitely not for everyone if you believe organization is an activity and not a lifestyle change it could feel like her budget is a bit high however by the time you’re done with a few sessions you’re already thinking about how to put the scissors back in their place, putting the keys back where they belong, buying sustainably, and this kind of organization method is the most effective one according to most organization experts and Kya follows that pattern well. I hired Kya for a specific task: sorting, organizing, purging, and digitizing paper documents and photos, plus some other memoribilia. My goal was to downsize this as much as possible while preserving important memories and important files. She helped me stay focused on my goal, worked on scanning items for me once they were sorted, helped me find categories that work for me, and was professional and personable the whole time. Now, I'm down to only a few file folders of actual paper, a small under-bed box for memorabilia, and photos organized and ready to be scanned. Finally, after decades and cross country moves, I'm free of all those boxes taking up space! I recommend working with Kya!

I worked with an author on organizing and creating systems for his home office. It took about 12 hours to complete the project.
