Introduction: We are a premier Pilates house located in downtown Edmonds, WA.
We are certified in Stott Pilates and Classical Pilates. Our specialty is private training, working one-on-one with each client in our privates-only studio suite; just you and the instructor in the room.
Once you are ready to join a group, we offer trio-group reformer classes in our Mind Body group studio. We also offer an array of group classes in yoga, dance and Pilates mat genres.
We focus on the individual client and their body, where they are in life now, and focus on moving them forward one step at a time to where they want to be.
