Working with Julian has been nothing short of outstanding! ! From getting me going on a blog, or some type of tech support for my blog, he is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the digital world. He has even helped me with my personal computers when they weren't working properly. What I found most amazing from him was one time we were discussing a hosting company for a different blog, that company was not too helpful in getting me answers to my concerns, or even just solving them, Julian listened, and was able to see what was going on and solve my issue with another company's products/services. Again, nothing short of Amazing! Keep up the superior work Julian. I do highly recommend him for your digital needs.

I hired Julian most recently to figure out some vexing software issue I had been losing sleep over. I had already wasted WAAAAAY too much valuable time, banging my head against the wall while trying to fix it myself. As a 20 year small business owner, I've learned a lot about all of this stuff, but I simply don't have the time to constantly keep up with the latest software, protocols, security threats, malware, bug fixes, backup solutions, strategies, etc. Technology changes so fast these days and one can seemingly never know enough. But Julian had the answers! Turned out that the software issue was only a symptom of a bigger problem. My OS was corrupted and he was able to fix it relatively quickly and efficiently while also managing to save all of my precious data (hugely important!). Oh, and he also gave me some bonus freeware that has been a big help on occasion. Gotta treasure any service person who not only brings a wealth of background knowledge and experience to the table, but even goes the extra step to make your life easier. Julian is very well rounded and is now my official "go to" computer guy whenever I need to tackle anything from networking to websites, software upgrades to hardware issues. Highly recommended!

I have had the fortunate event of having this 'magician' work on my computer several times. He has saved me grief so many times my gratitude cannot be properly expressed. From fatal flaws to nit-picky fixes, he has done it all and mostly from his remote service location. Economical and thorough. He also know many of the latest hardware items to upgrade your computer..

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was really good with computers when I was a kid. Neighbors, parents of friends, and friends of parents started hiring me to fix their computers. Since it's hard for a 14 year old to get hired (lots of paperwork), I started my own business fixing computers in 1991 and have been working with computers ever since, in one fashion or another.
