- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per person. It also depends on the type of food. If they say there will be i50 people I charge for that. But if only 35 show up I will adjust accordingly. I do have a guaranteed count. I like to be fair in my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and listen to what they are looking for. I want them to know i take pride in my work and I will do everything I can to make their event a success. I am very flexible and easy to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught in cooking and baking. I enjoy what I do very much. I have been in the food industry for over 30 years. I have been doing catering and banquets for 7 years
