Introduction: I take pride in my cooking and my baking. I have been cooking professionally for about 6 or 7 years. I have been cooking for friends and family for 30 years. My main goal is to make the best tasting and best prepared and best presented food. I am self taught so I have no professional schooling or training. I am a chef by trade and I love it. The customer or client always comes first. I enjoy everything about the work I do. I can't even really call it work. I have so much fun at what I do. My passion is in the kitchen. I cook and bake. I love making up new recipes and paring flavors together very much. It's very hard to think of myself doing anything else but feeding people and seeing them enjoy what I have created.

In 2014 Tammy was the caterer for the Miss Rodeo Washington pageant. This is a three day event hosting approximately 100-150 a day. Our board has nothing but compliments on the food, hospitality and working relationship that Tammy offers. I would recommend her with 100% confidence she will serve you well.

The food was great, it was very nice to see someone who takes pride in what they do. I would be very happy to be able to eat her cooking anytime. Reasonably priced and good too see and eat.

I've been lucky enough to experience numerous desserts and other meals from Tammy's. All are made from scratch and very delicious. From the raspberry cheesecake to the carmel cake...very good! Tammy does an incredible job with multi course meals too. She can cook!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per person. It also depends on the type of food. If they say there will be i50 people I charge for that. But if only 35 show up I will adjust accordingly. I do have a guaranteed count. I like to be fair in my pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and listen to what they are looking for. I want them to know i take pride in my work and I will do everything I can to make their event a success. I am very flexible and easy to work with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught in cooking and baking. I enjoy what I do very much. I have been in the food industry for over 30 years. I have been doing catering and banquets for 7 years
