Book keeping and accounting services. Met face-to-face and it was informative. Thanks Adrienne.Apr 2, 2016Verified
Adrienne is helping me with my bookkeeping and QuickBooks. She's very friendly, on time, patient, and honest. Also, she has helped me with a lot of the accounting aspects.Oct 31, 2014
Adrienne came to my COMPLETE rescue! She is very knowledgeable, honest, personable & reliable. I am extremely happy I found her. I feel completely secure with the technology used to access my QB information, she is very clear and informative, helps you set up even, how she will be online accessing your files while working remotely. Once you are set up, after her weekly sessions she sends an email highlighting what she worked on in your QB & how many hours. It is wonderful. I would recommend without hesitation, My Favorite Bookkeeper to anyone!May 29, 2017Verified
I've hired Adrienne to be my bookkeeper for my marketing services business, and I've been thrilled with her service. She's extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and she's very patient in explaining things to me. I feel more confident about my business with her on my team.Jun 17, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My base rate is $45.00 per hour, for all small business bookkeeping. Once the scope of work has been established and a routine is set up, I am willing to switch to a fixed monthly fee, to save you money and make budgeting easier. For clean-up/catch up projects, I discount my hourly rate based on the amount of expected hours of the project. For example, a project expected to take more than 10 hours in a month will be discounted more deeply than a less complex clean up project. For personal financial bookkeeping, my base rate is also $45.00 per hour. Again, depending on the scope of work, we can continue on a hourly basis, or work in a fixed rate basis. I like to keep things simple for me and the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually the first in-person meeting is complimentary. At this meeting, we'll discuss your needs, questions and problems in more detail, as well as work out a "plan of attack". I gather enough info to create a letter of engagement before commencing work. I require an-in person consult with all new clients, regardless of how the work is later performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I possess a bachelor's of accounting degree (class of 2015) from WGU. Currently, I am studying to become a licensed professional bookkeeper through NACPB, a nationally credited organization which cements my knowledge of accounting. I became certified through Universal Accounting in 2014 in bookkeeping and QuickBooks. I am also a member of AIPB and NACPB both national bookkeeping organizations, which offer continuing education opportunities and updates for professional bookkeepers.
