FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our prices are easy. we charge $1-$3 per ice cream. there are no other charges. you can make your own custom menu from the ice cream on our website. we frequently have events where all items are $1/ many nonprofits choose to collect the money and the people give us a ticket to get their ice cream. Or the company gives everyone a ticket to get one. At the end of the event, we count up the tickets together and collect payment. We provide an invoice for every event. there is no complications here.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just as in many professions, there are often ice cream and candy conventions. Fun Times Ice Cream participates in these several times a year to keep up on the latest products. Each year we also attend first aid and CPR training. With the cutback in park staff, we are often the first ones to know about a childs injury. We do our best to assist with all types of problems.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was very proud to be chosen to provide ice cream for the U.S. Olympic Team Swim and Dive Trials. When I walked about the complex to load up my freezer, the atheletes were so happy to see me there. They said ice cream was something rarely provided and they loved it. It made me so proud and happy to know I participated in the Olympics. I was also proud to provide ice cream for a large picnic for family members of servicemen who were in Afghanistan. It gave them a short break from worrying about their family member. I was very happy to help with that and am proud.
