I was very sad to leave my training sessions with Jeremy due to moving out of state. Jeremy is an excellent professional at what he does, not only does he help you on how to best reach your goal but he also teaches you why it is the best approach. He is very attentive to how your body is reacting to the exercises and adjust them if necessary. I have never been a fan of excersing but Jeremy made it fun, challenging, and very educational :). I highly recommend him!

As a beginner to serious workouts, I am glad I chose Serious About Fitness. It's been about 3 weeks since I joined and I have worked with both Chris and Garren during this time. Though it is a group training, the trainers keep an eye out for how you are doing and the training sessions are highly personalized and fun while challenging at the same time. Looking forward to more great workouts!

Holly was my trainer for about a year and through training with her and focus on improving my nutrition I lost 40lbs. Holly gave me invaluable knowledge about how to build my own workout and continue to challenge myself. Work outs with Holly were never boring - Holly had something new every time. I learned something every time I went to the gym with Holly. She is a very kind person and very open to listening and helping people to achieve their goals. I would highly recommend Holly to someone who needs help learning how to use the gym and make work outs really count. I can tell that Holly continues to learn new things about health and nutrition and she shares that knowledge with her clients. Holly also cuts my hair and she does a great job :)

Anthony whose the Body Transformation owner really pushes me to work different areas of my body in training. I do a variety of different exercises that doesn't feel like a hamster on a wheel like at the gym. I enjoy the variety and different levels of moves and exercises. He's also very thorough on making sure sure I got the correct form performed correctly so that I don't get injured. He sure knows what he's doing as far as training goes. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer as he gives me "tough love" when it comes to fitness. I appreciate it when I look in the mirror and notice my slimmer figure over time. And he's a real cool guy on top of it all!

I would highly recommend Dan as a personal trainer! Dan will find the training method that will work best for each of his clients - both based on each client's individual goals, as well as through his own assessments. Dan generally is dynamic in his training style - more so than other personal trainers I've had the opportunity to observe. He's therefore able to train a wide range of clients, regardless of physical condition. I've trained with Dan regularly for a year now, and I've completely transformed my physique and appearance during this time. While I'm also training by myself, each session I'm having with Dan is not only a great workout, but is my primary source of new knowledge and experience, and for improving my technique further. Dan has also given me great advice on nutrition and eating habits - some of which I still commit to. I'm very happy to have Dan as my personal trainer.

Dan; Was very receptive and understanding with our first meeting; I felt very comfortable in discussing my needs and past experience with a previous trainer. Every physician loves to tell us - "eat less, exercise more". Really?? Consider my mind blown by this super secret squirrel nugget of wisdom! Ladies & Gents, in reality, getting to the gym and working out on a regular basis is no easy feat. I enjoy physical activity, but I will also find a billion excuses why I just couldn't make it in today. This is where a great personal trainer comes into the picture! I have trained with Jr on and off for nearly 4 years now. This guy holds some solid certifications such as ACSM and Crossfit Level 1. He also studied to become a personal trainer not by reading a book (which is how many trainers get certified), but by actually going to school (National Personal Training Institute) for over 6 months. Working out with Jr, you will never catch him looking at his phone, or at other clients, or chatting with his gym buddies - all attention is focused on YOU! This is a very important detail in my book. He is respectful, knowledgeable and really fun! After your initial fitness assessment, he will identify your level of intensity and areas of weakness to focus on. Jr does a great job of keeping things interesting and constantly varying our workouts: from strength training to crossfit style circuits, to summer boot camps on Green Lake, there is no room for workout boredom, ever. Even though I love my Crossfit gym, I still work with Jr when I am looking for personal attention or just need to spice up my workout routine. And yes, he is a genuinely good guy, which makes working with him a pleasure.

I started training with Tim Koffler 8 years ago, yes, EIGHT years ago. Before, I had worked with others trainers, but Tim proved to be the best by far. He introduced exercises that I did not think i'd be capable of doing. He encouraged me to go for them and I learned how to trust him and his judgement. Tim changed the routines all the time to keep me challenged, prevent boredom and see the results I wanted. I can honestly say I would not be in the shape I'm in without Tim. He is demanding and creative. He is always ready with new ideas; always willing to adjust workouts. He has an eye for my strengths and weaknesses (of which there are quite a few). Training is not always fun, but Tim knows that. He is patient when it seems necessary, supportive and very knowledgeable. A few years ago, Tim also became a Licensed Massage Therapist. That extra knowledge of the body and its functions is priceless. He can "diagnose" problems during training; give expert advice and he offers massage therapy if needed. I love the workout sessions with Tim. He pushes me harder than I would ever do myself. He is easy going and reliable and became a good friend after all these years. A great trainer like Tim is such a pleasure. It's a commitment I made to stay healthy and in shape; and it's a commitment on his side, too. I will continue training with him as long as I'm able to lift a 2-pound dumbbell!

I've been working out with Melissa and absolutely love it! From the beginning, she's been prompt replying back to me and always text me back almost immediately. She knows her stuff regarding fitness, strength training, and fat loss. She also is very knowledgeable about arthritis and constantly checks in with me to insure no further injury to my knees. Paul is an outstanding and knowledgeable trainer and nutritionist who I have recommended to many friends. He's able to create custom fitness and meal plans based on your personal goals and requirements. Before I started working with Paul I injured my neck and would experience a lot of pain after I did weight training. Paul was able to recommend physical therapy exercises to help heal my injury, and then he created a workout plan tailored to my body to help avoid inflaming my injury. It allowed me to meet my goal of building muscle without aggravating my neck injury. He also crafted a nutrition plan that worked for me, based on my dietary preferences and ideology. He worked with me to modify the plan and would check in with me regularly to ensure I was sticking with it. If there was something I didn't like about the plan he would adjust it so I enjoyed it more, ensuring I hit my goals.

Let me tell you about my experience with Marinello Fitness. I contacted Daniel approximately 6 months before I was due to go to Navy Boot Camp. I was 30 years old and at 195lbs, I was overweight. I hadn't really worked out very much in my life, and so I wasn't used to doing so and as such I was very unfit. I couldn't even do five push ups and I certainly couldn't run down to the end of the a football field without being out of breath about half way there. To be able to be boot camp ready I had to lose some pounds, be able to do more push ups and sit ups as well as run 1.5 miles. I had to be able to compete with 18 years old who were fresh out of high school. It was a very intimidating prospect for my future and it left me very anxious. After contacting Daniel, he promptly got back in touch with me and after first assessing my current level of fitness, he came up with a great work out plan to help me reach my goals and that met my budget restraints. The plan was for five days a week of personal training and was not overly difficult, and he was careful to help me make sure that I didn't injure myself. He also gave exceptional advice on diet and nutrition that was healthy, and would still enable me to have delicious food. Throughout the entire process Daniel was never judgmental and was very patient, pleasant, encouraging, and always cared about my long term success, he is an amazing motivator. By the end of my time time working with Daniel I ended up being able to reach all of my goals, losing more than 20lbs, and not only meeting, but exceeding the requirements to pass Navy Boot Camp. I was able to do more sit-ups than any of the 18 year-olds that were there! If you ever have the privilege to work with Daniel, I suggest you take it. He will help you reach all of your goals in a way better than anyone else can. I also know for a fact that Daniel is always getting big dollar offers from oil rich Sheikhs in the Middle East to help them with their fitness and their golf game, so make use of him while you still have him.

Jamie is very organized and prepared to train according to what your goals and limitations are. She is compassionate, yet firm on pushing me to the ppint I get out of my own head and strive for more than I think I can do. I live the flexibility of her schedule which helped me set up a specific time to train with her. She's motivated, encouraging and eager to see me succeed. I also like the fact that she can relate to me as a mom and wife who has a very on the go schedule but makes fitness a priority. I look forward to the next few weeks as my body shapes up more and I can begin to see the evidence of my hard work and her training to be great inside and out.

I started seeing Kristyn for personal training sessions a couple moths ago. I've had chronic knee and shoulder pain for years. She was very knowledgeable and able to identify muscular imbalances and areas of overtraining that contributed to my pain. She's great at creating a personalized plan and actually listens to her clients, rather than plowing ahead with a rote set of exercises. I can't recommend her highly enough!
