I reached out to Luke when my house flooded and am already SO impressed. I had to do everything through my insurance company and he was super on top of everything, from quickly getting them a quote to taking the time to review each line item to ensure we are covered for what we need. I am SO grateful for how he jumped in and was ready to help me deal with this.
Once we got the go ahead from insurance, Luke had a crew over to my house the next day at 9am. I feel like contractors can take a while or be hard to pin down, but him and his team have been so on top of it.
There has also been a very clear line of communication. I know everything that is going on at my home and able to make approvals and even brainstorm with him on what would look best. I feel so excited as I watch the progress and am getting to pick things out. I also feel like I'm getting the best possible deal by working with him and never feel like he's trying to push me out of my price range.
They are still prepping my home for construction and working on details with me, but I will update this review with more details and photos once the work is done!
