Scott is very responsive and professional. He is an expertise of hardwood refinishing. I am very happy for the quality what Scott and his Dad have done. I made mistakes to buy the different wood (red oak) so that it doesn't match well with my prior kitchen's white oak, the prior guy I hired to install did not realize the problem before his installation, and also made many mistakes during the installation as well. Luckily, with helps by Scott and his Dad, the whole floor looks very beautiful now!! My project was late by prior guy and I had concern because my family members would visit me soon. When Scott knew my situation, he and his Dad worked very hard to complete the project in time. They are not just working for customers, they are also helping solve the problems and to provide professional advices. I definitely will recommend Scott and Wood Warrior! Thank you very much, Scott and Doug!!

Scott is the consummate professional. Very focused, dials well into your needs, produces options, provides expert opinion, and delivers on time, on budget, and great quality. He helped us replace 2500+ sqft of carpet with hardwood through the house we recently purchased. Our house looks and feels new after the walk through.
