I have been regularly working out at home with Michele 3 times a week for the last few months now. I wanted to find a trainer that would make me feel comfortable and get me into shape of course. The idea was intimidating to start- just how out of shape am I? Will I be able to keep up with the exercises? Angie immediately made me feel at ease. Geez where do I start! Well I've lost about 12 lbs So far without going crazy. Slow and steady. And the best part? NO CARDIO! I hate running on treadmills and michele has managed to incorporate elevating my heart rate thru weight training techniques using mostly my own body weight and a few hand weights/ropes. She encourages rather than aggressively pushing me so I'm never stressed out. I highly recommend Michele for women looking to increase their strength and improve their confidence. She's pretty amazing! -Karissa
