Dynamic speaker and teacher! I loved hearing about her life experiences as well as her healing process through brokenness. She is funny, relatable and authentic. She would be great for all ages, women's groups, keynote at luncheons, anything sports related, teen events, conferences or club functions.

I had the opportunity to work with Les when he was brought on by OB Sports to provide company-wide sales training & corporate coaching. His training methods were not only effective but also engaging. Our sales team was able to retain and apply many of Les’ strategies into their daily activities – resulting in positive growth year over year. He is not only effective as a one-on-one coach but also as a dynamic public speaker. I would recommend him to any company (small or large) looking to motive their sales team.

Melody has helped me in a number of ways from her Udemy course for my child of four who was bed wetting to personal hypnotherapy sessions for pregnancy symptoms, relationship issues and gaining confidence for public performance. Her recordings are professional and soothing, her personality very compassionate and she set me at ease with her understanding of human nature. Even very personal issues have been resolved with confidence for me. Over the last year my life has really changed.

After losing 80 pounds on Weight Watchers through diet only, I still felt weak and dubious about caring for my neice's 3 year old and baby a couple of days a week. At age 65 I also had arthritic pain in my neck, shoulders, lower back, right hip and right knee. I have always loathed exercise but intellectually knew I needed to increase my stamina some way. My fear of germs, looking foolish and my vertigo were excuses not to go to a public gym. Excuses persisted until I started training with Carol at Fit Girl. My prior broken tailbone, poor self esteem and my vertigo were challenges Carol overcame as she custom designed stretching, strength and balance ((crucial for any senior's safety) exercises to meet my needs and my body's limitations. Not once have I felt foolish in her pristine clean professional gym nor have I ever been asked to do any movement that caused pain and yet my body has transformed. Although I have not lost any more weight, people ask me if I have because of my muscle tone and vastly improved posture. Because of movement and helpful nutritional suggestions by Carol, my arthritic discomfort is minimized as well. So if fear or fear of failing is keeping you from meeting your health goals, I strongly recommend Fit Girl to help you reach your potential achieved by Carol's tremendous knowledge and kindness. I call my sessions "Preventative Physical Therapy".

I attended an event at which David was the keynote speaker. He was uplifting, inspiring, and funny. I believe those are the most important goals for a speaker to attain, and David was spot on. He truly entertained his audience.

Sandy is an outstanding professional speaker who masterfully communicates her skills to others. Sandy has helped me become a more confident speaker, As a nutrition educator, it is important that I am able to effectively communicate my message to my audience. With Sandy's coaching, I'm now much more able to focus my message on what I know is important to my audience. And one more thing - working with Sandy is fun! Thanks Sandy!

About

"EXCELLENT SPEAKER!!!!!!" "What an inspiration!" "Best speaker I've ever had at these conferences. She was great!!!" Event planner: "So, no Powerpoint Presentation? Do you have at least a slide show of images?" Ali: "Nope." Event Planner: "Wow, you must be a powerful speaker to not need any props." Ali: "I'd say it's more the message that's powerful enough to stand on it's own." That's from an actual conversation with an event planner and the reviews at the very top there are from that very event. I can tell you right now that I'm not the kind with her head down, glasses on, reading from and shuffling pages, there's no power point presentation or flashy imaging (other than a cool intro video). I talk the same whether it's to a friend, a customer or a room full of Harvard professors. Ok, one exception. I do dial back on the swearing in public, but other than that, spot on, Bob's yer uncle, Frieda's yer aunt and I, am "Imperfect at its Best." I tell a compelling story straight from the heart of dealing with a daunting diagnosis through humor and a silver lining standpoint, get some laughs, maybe we all wipe a tear or two and when it's done, you're less afraid of cancer (and the other things that scare us), energized and inspired. There's big applause, even bigger hugs and affirmations and a slight dragging of the feet as we part ways because we all genuinely feel connected and had such an amazing time together (check out reviews in the Photos & Videos section). Oh, and sometimes I sing. That's a unique element to my speaking engagements is (when asked) I'll perform one of my original, Americana songs. It's my way of showing appreciation to the docs who saved (and keep saving) my lungs. Another nice touch is offering attendees a keepsake of the experience. My books and music CD covers are also customizable and make an excellent memento for conference goers. Also, for those who like a "Home town girl done good" story, I'm proud to say I was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest~

About

I am a former college football coach where I coached our athletes to give their best performances on every play. This resulted in our winning two conference championships. My programs make neural science fun and understandable and also includes best practices of elite performers. I teach people how to focus, how to influence what they pay attention to and how to create habits that will instinctively generate the actions necessary to reach their goals. There is a core of personal accountability and I'm known as "The Accountability Guy". I certainly build a case for the importance of taking responsibility and being the source versus going victim and blaming. I customize for every group and when hired I will ask about your goals, your systems and metrics, your KPI's, your daily activities and then your obstacles. I incorporate this into the presentation. This is an entertaining, high energy and fun presentation with immediately useful and relevant content. I can customize to any amount of time. I am the only speaker who presents like I do. No one else has the background that I have. I've worked with Nobel Prize winner Roger Sperry while I was a head football and wrestling coach at Cal Tech in Pasadena, CA. I had the opportunity to refine and simplify these techniques with Steve Mariucci, fellow assistant coach while at Cal State Fullerton. Steve is a former head coach for the San Francisco 49'ers and Detroit Lions and is now a broadcaster. I don't emphasize this unless you want me to. I also coached an Olympic Gold Medal winner in Greco Roman Wrestling, Jeff Blatnick, who won the gold in the 1984 Olympics.
