Kathi has a Bachelors Degree in Special Education as well as a Masters Degree in Education. She has taught elementary and middle school for 16 years and has taught as an adjunct instructor in the Masters of Education Program at National University. Kathi has over 20 years of extensive experience tutoring students from elementary level to adults in reading, writing, math, science, history, study and organizational skills, test preparation and conversational English. She has tutored over 500 students. Kathi is a warm, caring professional who truly enjoys helping students learn.

Learning Solutions provided the tutoring I needed to be able to complete my educational program. Kathi was knowledgeable in many areas of study that I needed help with and what she didn't know she was willing to research and bring back to our next session. She is flexible with your schedule and creates a friendly atmosphere where learning is more likely to occur. I would highly recommend Kathi to adults looking for tutoring for themselves and for their children.

Kathi is very kind and patient with our daughter. She uses various creative methods to help our daughter to learn. Kathi understands our daughter's abilities, both strengths and weaknesses, and through modifications has helped our daughter be successful in school.
