I hired Eric to install an electric water heater in my investment property. His quote was fair and he was very thorough in explaining what he'd provide. Here is my assessment: THE GOOD Eric knows his job, he's a precise, nice guy and has a positive attitude to make things work, no matter what it takes. His services are priced fairly and his passion for the craft is evident. He's also very flexible with time. AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT Eric is overly optimistic about the time it takes to complete a job. Allocate a safe buffer to avoid being surprised. Because of his sociable nature, Eric gets quickly distracted. Let him focus on the work and he'll perform at his best. Bottomline: I'd hire him again.

Eric came by and we walked though the house. He was nice and answered all my questions and we discussed the needs of the job. That's where the professionalism ended. He did not reply with a quote for weeks and only after multiple calls from my side did he text me back an estimate. I answered with few questions, and again he went completely dark. Now, over a month later, I'm finally giving up and writing this review. As others wrote already, the problem is likely that he is a one person operation and bigger jobs as well as professional communication seems to overwhelm him. I completely understand he is very busy, everybody is, but I would not recommend him for anything beyond a simple fix or install job, where coordination and communication are important.

Jacek I do apologize I was trying to get back to you but I have been staying booked 3 full weeks ahead. Also u told me that your job was months away and I was never hired. I wanted to work with you . was trying hard to clear time so i could be a part of ur project and truly wanted to ensure ur project was completed correctly with the highest quality, craftsmanship and eye for detail. To be fair and thourough I give a 100% of my time and focus towards the current customer,( that has hired me scheduled a start date and have a written agreement between )and the project at hand. Sometimes because of this I am not always able to work with people I like and on projects I want to be a part of.
