Alan tutored my 8th grader 2 years ago to help him prepare for a Geometry exam needed for course credit before entering the Cambridge Program in 9th grade. This summer we began ACT prep for our junior, and we knew we would be calling Alan again. Alan will continue tutoring our older son through the taking of the ACT as they have developed a wonderful rapport. In my son's words, Alan is patient and calm and always seems interested in him as a person not just a student. He helps lead him to the correct answers with lots of questioning and clear explanations of concepts. Alan is always positive and professional and routinely organized. We are lucky to have Alan assisting our son during this important time in his life.

Grant has been working with my boys for only two months and I am very impressed with how much they have already benefited from what he has taught them. Thanks to Grant's help, my younger boy is doing much better in math and due to the study skills Grant has been teaching him, he takes less time than before to complete all his homework. My older boy has been so encouraged by Grant's help with improving his writing skills that he has decided to work with him on SAT prep for the test in spring. Both boys enjoy working with Grant and look forward to their tutoring sessions with him. He always brings a sense of fun to the learning process.

Our child needed help with Algebra in 8th grade. Evi was very patient and provided clear instruction, which helped our child grasp concepts that he couldn't learn in class. He gained confidence in math and saw big improvements in his work over the year. As a result, our son was able to take Geometry in 9th grade instead of Algebra 1. Evi is also very friendly and kind; my son really enjoyed working with her throughout the year. I highly recommend Evi to anyone whose child is struggling with math.

Ethan is a great tutor to my 8th grade son. He prepared my son for ACT and SAT tests. Thanks to Ethan, my son got good scores on these tests and was accepted by talented searches like TiP Duke, CTY John Hopkins and Robinson UW. Ethan also provided general consulting about school classes that he recommends to take, interesting magazines and articles. My son started to read Wired and other magazines after Ethan motivated him. Also, Ethan is very responsive and flexible with schedule. His unique benefit that he comes to your place, so you don't need to drive your kiddo anywhere. I highly recommend Ethan for tutoring for SAT/ACT tests, high school prep, math.

Derek was able to coordinate an organized study regimen comparable to that of an SAT course that students would pay hundreds of dollars for, and the schedule was flexible. He taught in small groups as well as one-on-one sessions. When studying under Derek, I felt like I was in an actual classroom, which included quizzes and test periods. However, I looked forward to each session because even if I failed, I knew I would be learning something new. The environment was engaging but calm so I didn't feel stressed out. He was very articulate and explained concepts in a way that I could understand. I felt free to ask any question due to his never-ending patience, and he was always able to answer me. Derek provided copious amounts of supplemental resources to further enhance my SAT-skills. He was able to point out recurring themes and helpful tips in each SAT section, which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. With his tutoring, I was accepted into every UC that I applied for. I owe much of my admission success to Derek's SAT prep course and am forever thankful. Highly recommended!

We hired Iman to help our daughter with her college-level Chemistry. Iman is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Iman first helped our daughter when she was home from college over her spring break. We had an immediate need at the time and Iman reworked her schedule to accommodate our daughter, which we truly appreciated. We/our daughter have been so pleased with Iman, that we have continued to utilize her services virtually. Iman meets with our daughter on-line a couple times a week, which has worked out very well. Iman has been wonderful to work with and our daughter truly enjoys working with her.

I highly recommend Mark Brown for tutoring. We were referred to Mark Brown when my daughter was a junior in high school. He helped my daughter to become an organized writer, helped her prepare for her SAT'S and I am proud to say she was accepted to all 4 of the universities she applied to. My daughter currently attends the UW and I credit Mark in not only helping her boost her testing skills but her academic confidence as well.

Mr. Kelly has been a tutor for my son and now is a tutor for my daughter. With Mr. Kelly's assistance, my son was able to raise his SAT score 200 points resulting in a score of 2230. My daughter just received her ACT score and she scored in the top 3 percentile nationally. Mr. Kelly understands that the SAT and ACT tests are very predictable and he teaches specific strategies so students are prepared to do well. Without hesitation, I recommend Mr. Kelly as an SAT and ACT tutor. Additionally, Mr. Kelly has assisted my son with college essays, and will also assist my daughter this year. My son was accepted by his dream school and the college admissions counselor told us that his college essay was so remarkable that she shared it with her peers in the admissions department. With Mr. Kelly's assistance, my son wrote an essay which relected my son's personality and intellect.

Brandon is simply incredible. I've developed curriculums for multiple content area and test prep classes with him, and his insights and skill as a co-teacher were invaluable. Brandon cares deeply about his students, is a master of both the content and cognitive science, and is a good human being to boot. I have yet to meet anyone who regretted working with him, and I'm already looking forward to working with him in the future.
