- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every case is different. Until we know some of your details, quoting a price is a stab in the dark. Our prices are mid-range, but our service is top of the line—we do as much of the paperwork and process for you as we can to make it as easy on you as possible. We can set up a payment schedule that works for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a free initial consultation to gather some basic facts. At that point, I can quote you fees and costs, set up a payment plan of necessary for you. We provide you the short packet/list of document a we need to process your case. After you bring in the documents and we set up a payment arrangement, we schedule a time with me to review and sign your case before it is filed. We can do the entire process remotely o line via email, Zoom and phone, or in person if you prefer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25+ year experience doing bankruptcy law. My practice is focused on that one area, so we are the best in the region at getting you the most out of your case and streamlining the process for you. Doin a lot of cases helps keep our fees/costs low for all clients.
