- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have cooked my whole life. I was working in a job that was ok but I didn't love it. So I left my home and family and went to school. I own a farm in Missouri went to school in Seattle. I love what I do . I have been on culinary team's. I was the pastry chef on the team.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cakes, to full meals. I also have done dinner parties for the company Albert Lee . The buyers come to town I well do there dinner parties
