Anthony is a great trainer who provides professional insight in high intense interval training, can customize workouts based on my goals, and teaches me proper form and technique while educating me on what I'm doing and why. Love his enthusiasm and constant motivation which is what I need to get me back into shape. The programs are worthwhile and that's why I am still in it.
Joe is an amazing trainer! He goes above and beyond for his clients. I've been training with him for about three months and am already seeing major transitions in my body composition. So far I've lost over 4% body fat (not easy when you're nearing 40 years old!) and am looking leaner. But the training goes beyond just the workouts with Joe. He genuinely listens to your goals and prepares a workout regime in tune with those goals. On top of that he offers excellent nutrition advice, is a pleasure to work with and is extremely motivational. All traits that go a long way when you are enduring an intense workout. I would highly recommend his training services!
This bootcamp is exactly what I was looking for in a high intensity, fat burning workout! The workouts are different every time, so you don't get comfortable and the class has a good mix of age groups so you feel like you can fit in even if the overall fitness levels vary.
Cody created a very personalized training experience for me, as his client I came to him with the goal of bettering my physique and I also gained a greater understanding of my body. He provided me with intense training sessions, motivation, and above all knowledge that helped me to the right path.
This health class is a intense , fun and energetic time . She really focused on my personal goals and made a routine that challenged me but was fun at the same time. No matter what fitness level you are at she cant create workout that will help build your confidence and after a few sessions you will achieve goals you never thought you could do. Im a true believer. Id highly recommend this to any one looking to reach fitness goals.

Review on David Berg - Personal Fitness Trainer My name is Linda and I have been working with David Berg for about a year and a half. First of all, I know a fair amount about working out; I had intensive dance training in my school years and have always been passionate about working out and staying healthy. However, when I first took up using a computer I found myself sitting for long periods of time and I started to experience problems with my back, especially in the areas between my disks. About 1-2 years ago I received a scoliosis diagnosis, I had been unaware of it previously and was told by doctors that at some point I would probably need back surgery. I was advised to stay with exercise and so my discovery of David Berg and my continued commitment to regular exercise and good nutrition have kept me away from any surgeries to date. The thing I most love about David is how passionate he is about exercise and movement in general - as am I, so we had a great starting point when we first started working together. He makes me accountable and takes an interest in my diet and eating habits and how I need to cater those as I move through my senior years. He now knows me very well and he asks me good questions to keep me motivated. He is also very good at sensing what my needs are in the sessions and for making future goals so I am constantly getting stronger. We purchased an in-home bicycle that used to bore me but now he makes me take a picture of the display on the bike that shows my progress so I am more motivated to improve. David Berg’s visits are the highlights of my week and I really don’t know where I would be without him.
I've been training with Curt for about 12 weeks now, and I can't believe how dramatic the results are. I have issues with my knees and feet from previous injuries, but Curt has developed a training style that is rehabilitating, while providing a high-intensity work out. I've lost 35 lbs, my strength and endurance have increased substantially, and I don't have stiff achy joints anymore. The gym has a friendly and relaxed feel to it, and you get just the right amount of push and positive encouragement. I highly recommend Ligot Training Systems to people of all fitness levels.

I started working out with Ron in June 2012, and have been taking his classes multiple x a week ever since. Mainly, I'm taking Ron’s Power Reformer (Pilates) classes, but had many TRX classes with him and six months of Strength and Conditioning (weight training) as well; so, my opinion is definitely informed. The same principles were consistently applied by Ron, no matter the class type: well-rounded full-body workout that is always planned and thought out, individual attention to form, and workout intensity that always pushes my limits and helps me grow stronger (and angrier haha). All that wrapped up with a professionalism bow; Ron’s always on time, always courteous and always up for helping you meet your training goals.
Every physician loves to tell us - "eat less, exercise more". Really?? Consider my mind blown by this super secret squirrel nugget of wisdom! Ladies & Gents, in reality, getting to the gym and working out on a regular basis is no easy feat. I enjoy physical activity, but I will also find a billion excuses why I just couldn't make it in today. This is where a great personal trainer comes into the picture! I have trained with Jr on and off for nearly 4 years now. This guy holds some solid certifications such as ACSM and Crossfit Level 1. He also studied to become a personal trainer not by reading a book (which is how many trainers get certified), but by actually going to school (National Personal Training Institute) for over 6 months. Working out with Jr, you will never catch him looking at his phone, or at other clients, or chatting with his gym buddies - all attention is focused on YOU! This is a very important detail in my book. He is respectful, knowledgeable and really fun! After your initial fitness assessment, he will identify your level of intensity and areas of weakness to focus on. Jr does a great job of keeping things interesting and constantly varying our workouts: from strength training to crossfit style circuits, to summer boot camps on Green Lake, there is no room for workout boredom, ever. Even though I love my Crossfit gym, I still work with Jr when I am looking for personal attention or just need to spice up my workout routine. And yes, he is a genuinely good guy, which makes working with him a pleasure.
What a great experience - the training is intense and fun all at the same time! Ryan is willing to work with my crazy schedule so I am able to get both personal training and participate in the weekend Boot Camps in on a regular basis. He also has the knowledge and the experience to help me with the best exercises to accommodate my old glory days injury's which is huge. If you get the chance you should drop in for a workout - it's well worth it!
I've been a cardio bunny for years. It kind of worked. I moved to Seattle for work and have taken on a more stationary role which had caused significant weight gain. Michael had started incorporating strength and high intensity training. He is a very versatile trainer and is able to work my pre-existing injuries. I had suffered a knee injury while in the military and he was still able to coach me to a fitter state despite my locked conditioning of strictly cardio. Michael is efficient and intentional with his program. He takes into account your physical limitations as well as unlocking your physical potential to push you to the next level. I highly recommend him if you are truly committed to results!
Maryliah is both motivating and extremely knowledgeable. She provided training that was tailored to my needs and abilities. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. As an experienced weight lifter she definitely walks the walk and doesn’t offer advice that she wouldn’t take herself. Thanks for the great workout and continued motivation!
Melissa has trained me through many levels of fitness as well as worked with me through injury and back to full strength on the injured joints. I started working with her in 2009 after my husband went for a fitness evaluation with her. He, basically, wanted to know if she did the same training routine with each client. Well, after my fitness evaluation, I got a completely different workout. Melissa tailors each workout to each individual - AND she doesn't keep the workout the same if the individual has an injury or is training for a triathlon, like I am, now. My goal is to be in the best shape of my life at 40 (I'm 36, now), and to be able to do as many activities as I want in retirement, such as skiing, hiking, swimming, biking, etc. She definitely changed my life and my outlook on what I can achieve with my body. I have gained over 12 pounds of muscle training with her, and I definitely look better than I did when I was younger! I am also an avid triathlete, and I no longer think, "I can't do that!" when someone asks me to go hiking, bouldering, etc. because thanks to Melissa, I CAN!!! She is amazing and motivating. I highly recommend working with Melissa to reach your goals!
This is kind of dramatic, but joining Kinetic 6 Fitness in order to improve your life is almost foolproof. I honestly find myself wishing that there could be K6's (equipped with little Seth clones) pop up all over the place so that all my loved ones and every version of my future self can never have an excuse to not be in the very best of health. That's not weird, right? If you have trouble making it to the gym, you're covered; Seth and the other trainers are super personable and fun and all the members are cool too. They've created an environment you actually want to be in, and it becomes a place that you can just get away to, forgetting about the 137291 other things that you have to do for work/school/life, etc. If you have trouble working once you're at the gym: also not a problem. Between the trainers, the music, and the fast-paced nature of the classes, it's a very high-energy atmosphere that will inevitably push you to get stronger. You're gonna sweat your butt off, but the best part is that everyone else is too. You're all just gonna high-five about it and keep going. The classes are only 45 minutes and they go by super fast, which makes it really easy to stay committed to going consistently. Everyone is busy; but if 45 minutes of your day is all it takes to stay strong, feeling good, and improve your social life along the way... that is a lot of bang for your buck if you ask me! The energy and atmosphere that comes with K6 is my favorite part, but that really is only one aspect of it. Seth is so knowledgeable about fitness and has a really unique way of seeing and explaining the way our bodies work in terms of our muscle groups, movement, etc. He is truly passionate about fitness, wants to educate, and dedicates his life to making sure he can help anyone that will let him. With or without joining his gym, he is most certainly a life-enhancer! Even employing the unique use of technology to help track progress, Kinetic6 is committed to giving its members the all-around best experience possible. You honestly can't go wrong here. If you're looking for a super simple, keep-to-yourself type gym, this is definitely not what you want. But if you're looking for anything but that- you've found it :) P.S. They should brag about this more, because I'm getting married in June and I had no idea, but they were featured in Brides Magazine as one of the top places in the nation to get in shape for your wedding! Which is obviously awesome and should send a great sign to anyone that's lucky enough to live nearby!
Sean is great to work with. He pushes me to always challenge myself and increase intensity. He knows his stuff and understands the physiology behind training. I enjoy working out with him as my personal trainer.
Matt did an excellent job in several areas including cardio, interval training, strength, and conditioning. He was able to mix things up and keep the workouts interesting as well as effective. The results exceeded my expectations.
"Your body achieves only what your mind believes!" I've had many trainers throughout my life and Jessics is truly the best! She pushes me on the daily and convinces me that I am stronger than my mind believes. I've reached levels of fitness and strength that I've never done before. Jessica is one of the most talented trainers I've ever worked with. When I'm on the brink of giving up or thinking I can't possibly do this last rep or set; Jessica motivation and bringing back the big picture to me pushes me to the last one. I highly recommend trying a session with her and if you're like me, you just can't get enough of them!
Cherie is just the right fit for me. I'm 50, busy with family and super high stress, sedentary work. I used to practice yoga regularly, but I got too busy, and ended up with weight gain and an out of shape body managing way too much stress. Cherie designs yoga sessions just for me and where I am now and where I want to be in the future. She creates sessions which are challenging with lots of little successes. She modifies intensity and tone of work depending on how I'm feeling. I am so grateful to have Cherie to help me on my journey towards a healthy mind, body and spirit!
