This is my first time using this website and business. I needed items that were stored in a room cleared ASAP. Marlon and his wife, Meurn were punctual and very professional. They cleared a coffee table, bags of clothes, a large rug, and bags of junk within the projected estimated time. They are a new service and I am their second customer. For anyone wavering over using this service because of only seeing 2 reviews--be assured this is the company to use. They are affordable and can tackle the job effortlessly. I am big on customer service. And, immediately I noticed this family service is about offering the best service. They respected my home by asking if they needed to remove their shoes. Since I am having the carpet clean I declined the offer. They were careful not to hit the walls while removing the coffee table out a narrow hall. They are about the detail. Prior to leaving, they had me survey the room for everything discussed to be moved. And, asked if I needed anything else. I plan on utilizing M3 Haul again. Unfortunately, I have become a book holder and truly need closets decluttered from books stored in wicker boxes. As, well as a storage space of family and friends items collected through the years. I have found a company that I plan to utilize going forward. I think the pandemic has taught life lessons--declutter and make your life open for new beginnings. If you are doing Spring cleaning--make that call to M3 Haul. You will feel so much lighter entering the new season.

Responsive, friendly, and hard working. Communicated with me a ton and was flexible on time. Showed up and got the work done for the discussed price. We even asked if he could grab something extra and he offered to do it free of charge! Will definitely be using M3 again in the future and will recommend to friends and family.
