A couple months ago I began looking for a property management company to handle my rental condo. I talked to John and a couple other groups. John was very responsive, answered all my questions, and most importantly, seemed like he really enjoyed his job. We signed a one year agreement. Then, the day after he posted our condo online, my wife and I learned of a someone who was going through an extremely difficult life circumstance. We felt that God was calling us to let this person live in our condo for free for a while. Since we knew this person, we would handle the day to day management of the condo until they could get in a better situation. I reached out to John and his partner, Jim, and explained the situation. I asked them to remove our condo from their listings for now. I said that although we didn't need their services for the time being, we had signed an agreement and I planned on honoring that agreement and paying the monthly fees. John and Jim were extremely understanding and, even though we had already signed an official agreement, told me they wouldn't be charging us any fees while we were helping this person. It was an extremely generous gesture on their part. So, although I currently can't speak to the services they provide yet, I can tell you that their character speaks for themselves. I have every intention of working with them again as soon as our situation changes and we begin renting our condo out again.

A friend referred us to Josh after we found out we were going to be moving out of Seattle for my husband’s job. He managed our property for us for several years and always found good tenants that paid rent on time, so we never had to worry about making our mortgage payments. When it was time for us to sell Josh helped to quickly sell the property at top dollar after helping us coordinate some presale improvements. He and his staff at Acres are knowledgeable trustworthy and consistently responded to our needs right awayt. I would highly recommend Josh for managing or selling any property.

I have always found KOSS to be consummate professionals and excellent at educating tenants on the proper way to interact with regard to leases. There are a lot of legal obligations on both sides for landlords and tenants. KOSS works hard to make sure that their true client, the landlord, is protected while also working hard and being fair with the tenants renting from them. I've been a client of T-Square Properties for my rental home for the past 2 years going on 3. They are friendly, highly trained and responsive, literally, I get a response within a business day, phone, email, even texts! They are easy to get a hold of and are specialized by departments: leasing, accounting, maintenance, etc. The leasing team visited my home within a couple days of signing on and made their recommendations and allowed me to do some of the work myself. My home was rented within a few days of being listed and the tenants are taking great care of my home. I know this, because they send me a periodic survey report along with pictures every few months. I know my home is in good hands with T-Square Properties and highly recommend them. In fact, I've referred a couple people and they have been very happy as well!
