I needed repairs and clean up of a small water feature. The whole experience of working with Andrew was great. He cleaned the feature, rearranged the stones, and replaced the pump. He made sure the liner was in place to prevent water exiting the pond. He was prompt, and his charges for the work were more than reasonable.

I highly recommend Koi Scapes NW! Andrew is the owner and his work was exceptional! My backyard pond was at its worst because my pump had stopped working 3 years ago and I didn't know who to call that works on residential ponds. My pond had a considerable amount of algae and sledge! Andrew professionally cleaned it up and now it is crystal clear. He had his own equipment and I was impressed with his skills. His price was very fair too. He was able to catch my fish and save them, fishes are happy now and so am I. (Pam in Univ. Place)

Andrew did a fantastic job fixing and cleaning our outdoor fountain/pond. Honest, thorough, responsive, punctual, and not afraid to get his hands (and feet!) dirty. He identified the problem with our pump and resolved it without trying to oversell us. Plus, he took good care of our fish during transition... it’s been several months since the cleaning and they’re still going strong. Recommend!
