She saved the day last minute and worked with my husband and I to create a beautiful ceremony. She even was willing to make it theatrical and crack a few jokes. Overall, it was very nice and I would highly recommend her to anybody!Sep 9, 2015Verified
Simply put, Susan was amazing. She helped us plan the entire ceremony and was very reasonably priced. She has been doing it for a long time and was very prepared. She even had a stapler when I forgot to bring one, offered to have her family help with sound if we needed it. You rock Susan, we thank you for all of your help!Sep 4, 2015Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My price structure is very simple--couples have enough on their minds without making it complicated. My base price is $150 for Whitman, Latah and Southern Spokane counties, and the cities of Spokane, Lewiston and Clarkson; $175 for Northern Spokane County and Kootenai County. There is an additional $25 fee for attending the rehearsal, if the wedding venue is more than 50 miles drive from where I am a based, in Garfield, WA. That is it---everything else is included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet with couples about their wedding at least once, for an initial consultation, before working on their ceremony. I wrote a questionaire, which I ask them to fill out and bring or email back to me. Once I get a feel for their personalities, I write a first draft of the ceremony, and we go from there.
