Introduction: As each client has different needs, I work one-on-one in a private setting, customizing sessions for each client I see. For example, two women of the same age, needing to release the same amount of weight may come to me for weight loss, but their struggles can be completely different. One may have a major issue with sweets, while the other may eat well, but need motivation to exercise. There are many factors that go into each session to make it as effective as possible.
I really enjoy helping my clients realize their own potential.
My clients often thank me for "what I've done", but I remind them that they are the ones who have made the changes.
