Hired Steve through Thumbtack to come to our university campus to provide CPR, First Aid, & AED training to twenty of our faculty and staff. For such a large class, Steve did an outstanding job. He is a great public speaker. It was clear he has plenty of experience and he personalized his class by providing additional information, tips and personal stories from his years in the field. We will definately use Steve again for next years training.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am proud to be a American Heart Association Faculty member as well as instructor. The AHA is the world leader in Resuscitation, we conduct ongoing clinical trials to make sure that the proper advancements are made in a timely manner.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Price is always important. But look at all the aspects of the services you are contracting with. Many times you get what you pay for and cheaper often comes with a price. When its the safety of your family or the life of someone at stake make sure you get the right professional to teach you how to provide the care needed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There is a big difference between someone that is authorized to teach and someone that really knows the field and has the experience to back it up.
