I've been training with Ben for the past four months on some general health and specific athletic goals. I've seen positive gains not only in my physical abilities but also in my physical self and in my overall well-being. I found Ben because I was looking for a vegan trainer that would appreciate my lifestyle and have found him to be beyond respectful with no agenda to push outside of his expertise in diet and exercise. I have recommended Ben numerous times and will continue to do so. If you have goals and you want to meet them (or if you just want to become healthier and "train for life") then Ben is absolutely your guy.
As a beginner to serious workouts, I am glad I chose Serious About Fitness. It's been about 3 weeks since I joined and I have worked with both Chris and Garren during this time. Though it is a group training, the trainers keep an eye out for how you are doing and the training sessions are highly personalized and fun while challenging at the same time. Looking forward to more great workouts!
I have worked with many trainers in my athletic career and Jeremy is a top grade trainer with a fantastic sense of pragmatism. He can spend a week or so with you and build a nearly perfect routine that pushes you to your limits without leaving you feeling uncomfortable and beaten. He puts a strong emphasis on progression and consistency as opposed to short, unrealistic gains. Wonderful trainer all around.

I have been training with George for 7 weeks! he is amazing, passionate, and dedicated to my personal fitness goals!!! I am turning 50 in 2 weeks. I thought I would just do 3 months of training, and then group classes, but now I want to continue the one on one because of his training methods. Thank you George
I received personal training from Coach William a few years ago. The experience was great! He was very professional, he listened to what my goals were and came up with an individual plan based around them. I still do some of the workouts he taught me!

Kanen was my trainer for a few months at emerald city athletics. I wanted to learn the basics so I could eventually workout without a trainer. Kanen put together a great plan and was really patient with me!! We trained for 2 months and I have been working out solo since! Definitely recommend training with him!

I've been working out with Melissa and absolutely love it! From the beginning, she's been prompt replying back to me and always text me back almost immediately. She knows her stuff regarding fitness, strength training, and fat loss. She also is very knowledgeable about arthritis and constantly checks in with me to insure no further injury to my knees. She's AMAZING!

Having done various exercise programs in the past - power lifting, body building, progressive calisthenics etc I thought I knew what I was doing . . . what Curt knows and has been able to train me on has flipped my whole idea of fitness and athletic performance upside down. The idea of being powerful and moving with fluidity, speed and power has not only made my body move like I am 10 years younger, but is also the most fun and engaging workouts I've ever done! Yes, the workouts can be tough and you will sweat and work, but you will look forward to each workout. And you can forget about therapy sessions, there is nothing better than throwing stuff around. David is an incredibly knowledgable trainer. It is obvious that he has "done his homework" both in academic review & hands on training, but more importantly, he simply has the inherent gift for understanding/adjusting the human body. I noticed his eye for alignment & form immediately. He is quick to look beyond the symptom for the underlying cause. (Ex. Why do I actually have knee or hip pain? Is is stemming from something/somewhere else?) He is funny guy and sarcastic. Know that he has little patience for excuses so you will be called out if you to try to pull them, but I want/need that in my trainer. He has your back & genuinely cares about your progress. Work hard, ask questions, and have fun. Have definitely learned something w/every session.

Autum is a fantastic personal fitness trainer. She is very knowledgeable on fitness training, nutrition and wellness, and she tailored a program specifically for my situation and health goals. I quickly saw results and I met all my objectives. I enjoyed my training sessions with Autum, she is professional, positive, friendly and easy to work with, and she truly cares about her clients. I cannot imagine a better personal fitness trainer, and she is a wonderful person. I highly recommend her!
Jamie is very organized and prepared to train according to what your goals and limitations are. She is compassionate, yet firm on pushing me to the ppint I get out of my own head and strive for more than I think I can do. I live the flexibility of her schedule which helped me set up a specific time to train with her. She's motivated, encouraging and eager to see me succeed. I also like the fact that she can relate to me as a mom and wife who has a very on the go schedule but makes fitness a priority. I look forward to the next few weeks as my body shapes up more and I can begin to see the evidence of my hard work and her training to be great inside and out.
I started training with Tim Koffler 8 years ago, yes, EIGHT years ago. Before, I had worked with others trainers, but Tim proved to be the best by far. He introduced exercises that I did not think i'd be capable of doing. He encouraged me to go for them and I learned how to trust him and his judgement. Tim changed the routines all the time to keep me challenged, prevent boredom and see the results I wanted. I can honestly say I would not be in the shape I'm in without Tim. He is demanding and creative. He is always ready with new ideas; always willing to adjust workouts. He has an eye for my strengths and weaknesses (of which there are quite a few). Training is not always fun, but Tim knows that. He is patient when it seems necessary, supportive and very knowledgeable. A few years ago, Tim also became a Licensed Massage Therapist. That extra knowledge of the body and its functions is priceless. He can "diagnose" problems during training; give expert advice and he offers massage therapy if needed. I love the workout sessions with Tim. He pushes me harder than I would ever do myself. He is easy going and reliable and became a good friend after all these years. A great trainer like Tim is such a pleasure. It's a commitment I made to stay healthy and in shape; and it's a commitment on his side, too. I will continue training with him as long as I'm able to lift a 2-pound dumbbell!
Maryliah is both motivating and extremely knowledgeable. She provided training that was tailored to my needs and abilities. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. As an experienced weight lifter she definitely walks the walk and doesn’t offer advice that she wouldn’t take herself. Thanks for the great workout and continued motivation!
Working out and especially using weights used to be something I didn’t believe I was capable of. The foundational information Peter has taught me has allowed me to feel safe and get the most benefit out of my workouts. It also showed me that weight training wouldn’t make my body bulky or huge. It’s helped me develop lean muscle and sculpt my body in a way I have always yearned for. Peter’s instruction and coaching has enabled me to create a sustainable fitness and wellness lifestyle that I never thought possible. I’ve since gained a newfound confidence lifting weights and working out that I’ve never had before in my entire life. I have even taught a few boxing classes! Without Peter’s guidance I know I wouldn’t be where I’m at physically or mentally.
