Jeff was very prompt with his communication. Something I'm very wary of. People have a tough time being punctual and that's a pet peave of mine. NOT with Jeff. He's was prompt and even drove and met me halfway so I could get him my laptop.
I would HIGHLY and happily recommend Jeff as someone that deserves a shot at your business!

Jeff was prompt and courteous , Got my computer running head long into a virtual wind. Got some good suggestions on how to keep from crashing or inadvertently picking up viruses.
