We had an issue with an electrical outlet in our house. It was sparking intermittently. We closed the circuit immediately and reached out to electricians via Thumbtack. Luckily, we found Jason. He was extremely quick to respond to emails and got here on the scheduled time. I turned out that the issue was not in that specific outlet, but was connected to the wiring. He spent two hours checked every outlet in detail until he was able to narrow down the problem area that was causing the issue (which was actually downstairs in the dining room). Anyway, he fixed it, replaced stuff where he could.. and checked every single outlet on that line three times before putting them back in. It took about 2.5 hours to complete the job. He didn't raise his bill and stuck to his original proposed estimate. All in all, can't recommend Jason more.

Being a disabled VET and having really tall awkward walls to paint just don't mix. Jason was the first to respond for a quote came out on time and very reasonable polite and always checking to make sure the job was done right. I will definitely call on him again for other projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I will try it keep in touch on a regular basis until the job is complete. I thinking it is important to keep the customer well informed of schedules, times work is being done, what exactly is being done, and hold an open door policy if they ever need to call and speak about any issues they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
o Forman Training o 10+ years Saftey Training o OSHA 30 certified o Undergraduate Studies in Electrical Field o Forklift/Scissor lift trained o Active First Aid and CPR Card
How did you get started doing this type of work?
While in College studying to work on wind turbines... I was fascinated and extremely challenged by my introduction to DC Theory in an electronics class. I was instantly hooked into understanding electricity more. Thrive on the everyday challenges.
