FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
as far as price goes, I am very reasonable. I have no intention on charging someone more than what they should pay. I do charge for the difficulty of the job I charge for the parts but I also give customers alternative options such as buying their own parts saves you a lot of money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key in any kind of business interaction. Detailed information is very important. I want to educate the customer so they understand why I charge what I charge and what it takes to do the job. My goal is to have both myself and the customer satisfied by the end of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a garage door company where I did on job training for 2 weeks and then I did two weeks of garage door installation followed by 12 months of practice. garage doors are difficult to learn but once you learn and you practice your skill you can become very quick and very efficient.
