Home Inspection. Great Quote and Great Service. Received a professional report in a very timely manner.
I had rodents in the attic and wanted someone to find the entry point, plug it and set traps. Gregg at Stop Bugging Me was friendly, offered this service at a fair price, and was able to schedule a technician to my home in a timely manner. The technician was great and took care of the problem and inspected my home for any other trouble spots.
Chris is a fantastic home inspector. He was professional and did a very thorough and honest home inspection. I highly recommend him!
Rob was my choice from get go. He's the only company that took the time to call me from thumbtack and give me some advice about whoever I chose regardless of whether or not it was him. He did a great job and made me feel comfortable with the issues in the house when it came to safety and future work to do. He was also already inspecting by the time I got to the Home! As my first home inspection I was highly pleased. He was nice, good natured and felt energetically like a good guy.
Ron inspected a potential property for me and my wife. His attention to detail is exactly what a potential buyer needs. He cuts no corners providing an exelent inspection. He will spot the problem and also have creative ways to fix said problem. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Ron.
As a retired Captain Firefighter/EMT, I have been on too many scenes where people's homes were burning, many times to the ground, and their life long and most dearest possessions and pictures go literally going up in smoke right before their eyes. Their tears, their disbelief and how their reactions are repeated over and over as they thought of the different things that were now gone forever. Very sad. We do what we can, but... As firefighters we always try to save everything we can from the people to the pets but it doesn't always work out for the good. The tears and wails when they know they've lost one or more loved ones now perished in the flames. Tragedies all. I can safely say that a home inspection could literally save lives and homes. Maybe even SAVE YOURS! Here's how I see it; I'd have to say that of all residential structure fires, an easy 90% of them COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED! Out of that 90%, not quite 1/3 were caused by careless human action, pets, appliance neglect, etc. All the rest I'd say, could have been prevented with a professional home inspection done by somebody knowledgeable in all the areas of electrical and plumbing, (Yes, I've seen fires caused by bad plumbing!) as well as structural, geological, rodent and insect detection, etc. Richard Blackburn is that kind of Home Inspector. A good home inspection is not only a smart preliminary to a home purchase, but also for the long-term homeowner as well! Think about it. Maybe you've lived in your home for many years now. Are you sure all the wiring is still safe? That the hvac in good working order? The roof isn't about to come down on you or there isn't some black mold growing in rotted flooring. Don't you think it would be better to make sure everything about your family castle is safe for you and your family? Or if it's NOT safe, that Blackburn Home Inspection found it in time? I honestly don't say all this intending for it to be a scare tactic in any way. I say all this because of the all too often brutal reality of what has been my experience so that you won't find yourself being one of those standing out amongst the firehoses and smoke watching everything they love...or worse...go up in the flames. You should call Blackburn Home Inspection and have Richard give you the peace of mind you need. It might even save your life! I was not approached or requested and I say all of this on and of my own accord. -Bob Klink CPT FF/EMT (ret.)
Did great job on inspection. Was there before i got there, kept me up to date as he went. I recieved very detailed report with lots of pictures explaining problem areas on same night. I'm very happy with James!
Super quick response to our request. Excellent service. Michael helped us with understanding the particulars associated with our inspection and went through the report prior to leaving the home. Michael and team are extremely capable and have their own sewer scope, which made this inspection a one stop shop. Thank you Michael and team for the professionalism and courtesy you showed us. + report within 24 hours! All this & added warranties make the rate a great value. :) Thanks again.
I was recommended to Tushay Home Inspection by my broker. I wanted a detail oriented inspector that would inspect every inch of my home since I was buying it as-is condition. Kayden did a great job. It was well worth the price. He inspected every room, the attic, electrical, AC, heater, furnace, the foundation, the roof, backyard, patio, garage... he looked at everything. I couldn't be happier. For my next property I'm going with Tushay Home Inspection again. Thank you so much :-)
Great Job, Pete. I would recommend you to others. Thanks for being reasonably priced, punctual, caring, and thorough! A home inspector is really important. You did a great job.

I love homes, but I especially enjoy working with new or first time home buyers. The excitement that these people have is infectious. It gives me an opportunity to answer a lot of questions they have but also make them aware of things that they might not have even known to ask about.
