FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should avoid THE LOWEST BIDDER!!! According to John Ruskin (1819 - 1900) "It's unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little. When you lose a little money - that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the things it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run. And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for something better."
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Our goal is that when our customers come home and find it sparkling clean, they are delighted with our service and the price they received. We want our clients to become advocates of ours by sending us referrals. That's how our business grows.
