Introduction: I work at Ray's Boathouse in Seattle. I make all the desserts in the cafe and the fine dining and do all the wedding and special cakes that are ordered through the catering. I work with fondant and also do buttercream cakes. I take care of the customers and make their cakes something to remember. I also do small desserts called small bites for weddings or just dessert bars.
