Alex was professional and was able to diagnose the problem for my washer quickly. He was able to get the parts asap and was quick to let me know when he could start the repairs. He was honest/fair about the cost, how long it would take, and was quick to resolve the problem when it occured/showed up somewhere else. He was also very responsive about any questions I had about what he was doing, what the problem was, and how to avoid it in the future. I would be very willing to hire him again on any other projects/repairs that I would have in the future.
