"What a personal trainer with pre-med training, continuing education from a world class Olympic athlete training facility, plus a friendly smile of encouragement? Call Nick. I'm glad I did. Nick gets results through smarts."

"Chris listened to my health/flexibility issues (i.e., stiffness in hips from golfing) and instructed me on several different exercises using various equipment to strengthen my gluts/legs/core for better mobility/flexibility. Great to work with a professional trainer who can adapt exercises to a baby boomer who has limited physical strength/endurance. The PGP Fitness Center is a very clean workout facility which has plenty of exercise equipment for someone who now has the time to focus on regaining/rebuilding endurance, strength, and conditioning. Loved the one-on-one trainer/student workout! Thanks! Karen Y."

"Maryliah is both motivating and extremely knowledgeable. She provided training that was tailored to my needs and abilities. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. As an experienced weight lifter she definitely walks the walk and doesn’t offer advice that she wouldn’t take herself. Thanks for the great workout and continued motivation!"

"Alex and Reconnect Fitness is not your typical personal trainer: Alex has provided me with professional training for more than a year through individually tailored workouts that have maximized my desired results and increased my overall strength and muscle mobility. Given his degree in Exercise Physiology and his experience-based knowledge of specific health issues (I have Parkinson's syndrome), Alex has helped me continue to enjoy my favorite sports (cycling, weight lifting) as well as improve my daily quality of life. I highly recommend Alex and Reconnect Fitness to anyone looking for a professional personal trainer who can deliver results based on your specific needs and exercise goals."

"Having done various exercise programs in the past - power lifting, body building, progressive calisthenics etc I thought I knew what I was doing . . . what Curt knows and has been able to train me on has flipped my whole idea of fitness and athletic performance upside down. The idea of being powerful and moving with fluidity, speed and power has not only made my body move like I am 10 years younger, but is also the most fun and engaging workouts I've ever done! Yes, the workouts can be tough and you will sweat and work, but you will look forward to each workout. And you can forget about therapy sessions, there is nothing better than throwing stuff around. If you are reading this review, my recommendation is to stop and contact Curt now because you won't regret it. Taylor Clouse Nutrition Expert"

"I started with John about 4 months ago, I have not regretted a moment of it. The thing I love the most is that he is punctual and attentive to what the task at hand is. I have worked with many trainers and by far I he is one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with. If you are looking for someone to help you get back into the swing of things or help you shed those extra pounds...John is your guy."

"I would highly recommend Dan as a personal trainer! Dan will find the training method that will work best for each of his clients - both based on each client's individual goals, as well as through his own assessments. Dan generally is dynamic in his training style - more so than other personal trainers I've had the opportunity to observe. He's therefore able to train a wide range of clients, regardless of physical condition. I've trained with Dan regularly for a year now, and I've completely transformed my physique and appearance during this time. While I'm also training by myself, each session I'm having with Dan is not only a great workout, but is my primary source of new knowledge and experience, and for improving my technique further. Dan has also given me great advice on nutrition and eating habits - some of which I still commit to. I'm very happy to have Dan as my personal trainer."

"John is above and beyond most trainers/coaches in the business. His thirst for knowledge and dedication to his clients is insurmountable. As a Fitness Coordinator and University Adjunct Professor in Kinesiology I highly recommend his services."
