Latest Review: I have worked with many trainers in my athletic career and Jeremy is a top grade trainer with a fantastic sense of pragmatism. He can spend a week or so with you and build a nearly perfect routine that pushes you to your limits without leaving you feeling uncomfortable and beaten. He puts a strong emphasis on progression and consistency as opposed to short, unrealistic gains. Wonderful trainer all around.

Latest Review: Maryliah is both motivating and extremely knowledgeable. She provided training that was tailored to my needs and abilities. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. As an experienced weight lifter she definitely walks the walk and doesn’t offer advice that she wouldn’t take herself. Thanks for the great workout and continued motivation!

Latest Review: I highly recommend Cormaster Fitness. I have been working with Corbin Schweitzer for approximately a year now. In that time, through Corbin's training, nutritional guidance, positive motivation and encouragement, I have lost 30 pounds, several inches and about 3 sizes. I have gained muscle, flexibility, an appreciation for fitness, and a greater confidence in my abilities. If you are looking for a positive, motivational environment to be successful in your fitness goals, Corbin is the guy for you!

Latest Review: David is an incredibly knowledgable trainer. It is obvious that he has "done his homework" both in academic review & hands on training, but more importantly, he simply has the inherent gift for understanding/adjusting the human body. I noticed his eye for alignment & form immediately. He is quick to look beyond the symptom for the underlying cause. (Ex. Why do I actually have knee or hip pain? Is is stemming from something/somewhere else?) He is funny guy and sarcastic. Know that he has little patience for excuses so you will be called out if you to try to pull them, but I want/need that in my trainer. He has your back & genuinely cares about your progress. Work hard, ask questions, and have fun. Have definitely learned something w/every session.

Latest Review: *Six sessions package review* I have lived a sedentary lifestyle (too much computer!) for most of my adulthood (21-31) with minuscule to no training. I've been to the gym maybe a handful of times during that time? I decided to do something about it finally, and am glad I found Kendall. He is a great teacher of technique, a "positivity"-driven motivator, and will be by your side to talk with you when you're out of breath and on the ground for 10 minutes! He creates lesson plans daily and then uploads them to a Google drive where you can look at them later. I say an area is sore, he pinpoints it and details the reason why it is. Also if it hurts too much, he cuts that exercise immediately. He is diligent about avoiding injury. Communication is great. I also had to postpone a session once, and we rescheduled, no problem! After three sessions, I was fiddling with my computer chair settings that have been set for 2 years+. I didn't think much of it until after the sixth workout where I realized my posture had improved! It just felt super crisp and natural. It was quite a "eureka" moment for me that I need this in my life. And I can also (almost) touch my toes without bending my knees (with foam rolling and stretching on the side) which is great progress. 5/5 - Recommended from a newbie! *14 sessions booked after*

Latest Review: Daniel is an amazing personal trainer. He works with you to create a diet that suits your athletic goals and pairs it with a work out to do the same. He always stays up to date with the latest health information in order to always have the best possible results from your work out. If you are working with weights he puts most emphasis on form so you do not get injured. All in all I have had a more than excellent experience working with Daniel and continue to do so each time I work with him.
