I was working with Noah Construction on the final details before being completely cut off. I engaged with the company in November 2017 and worked with them through delays in architectural drawings, structural engineering drawings and permit approvals. Estimated timeframe slid from spring 2018 to spring 2019. Multiple meetings were no shows and little communication was forthcoming when plans were to be finalized. Had to finally drop the company and move ahead with other bids.Aug 27, 2018Verified

Eric, you are in another state how am I supposed to meet in person? can't allow any scams thank you
I hired this builder but they ended up abandoning the project! I paid more than budgeted and gave them more time planned, but they kept slacking and making excuses to delay the work. They were asking for more money beyond what they were contracted to complete the job but they did not finish! This builder also worked illegally without active bond and licenses which they did not resolve after several reminders. Dont hire this builder. They are a PAIN and not reliable. Look for other builders instead.Mar 30, 2017VerifiedNoah Construction's reply
Mr. Lee, very unfortunate that this happened a little advice on planning ahead keep in mind that when prices go up don't expect me to pay for it. I offered you a settlement and you didn't accept.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?typically what i do on pricing is i can either do hourly or a bid for job that will iclude material and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first thing will be meeting them and see what work they need done. Explain what type of work i do and see if i can help them, i would say 9.5 out of 10 i can help them get work done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 13 years of experience in all phases in home building to remodeling and additions. I took 1 year of electrical in wyotec down in Sacramento CA. This helps me in residential electrical and commercial. I started framing homes with my father for 6 years. I took a college class in plumbing and past the test required in CA.
