Boni has cooked for my husband and I (and several of our friends) on numerous occasions. It's not always easy because we have several food allergies but she never misses a beat on flavor, texture, or deliciousness. Her versatility and precision in executing the dishes are most notable and exceptional. Boni is very organized and professional from menu planning to shopping to receipts to clean-up. She is a class act through and through.
