B&G Electrical Contracting
We had multiple problems with this company, the largest being that they left us without power to our kitchen for over 12 hours and said it was likely our fault, but when they sent a tech out the following day the tech quickly discovered the electrician had tripped a switch while installing new electrical in our house. B&G never apologized up front for the mistake, and instead insisted it was probably something faulty with our electrical or something we did. This was only 1 of many problems we had. In the end, they offered us the senior discount rate of 10% off after I asked if they would do anything for causing us to not have power in our kitchen for over 12 hours. I hired this company because of good Thumbtack reviews, but never again. Also, the work they did failed the city permit inspection the first time around, which astonishes me that they didn't know what the permit requirements were.Oct 17, 2015Verified
