- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing. We flat-rate where possible, so the client know exactly how much they will spend on a project. We also charge time-and-materials for projects which will take an undetermined amount of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client, determine needs, come up with a game plan that we agree upon and then proceed from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple certifications and 20+ years of experience - I graduated from the school of hard knocks...
