Stacy did a terrific job painting my apartment, I was very happy with his services. He stuck to the quoted price and timeline, and the finished product looked great! He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for an interior painter in the Seattle area!Dec 4, 2015Verified
It was a pleasure to work with Stacy. He was extremely flexible and came out an extra day after we added more rooms to the job. He has a lot of experience and gave great advice on paint color, brands, and sheens in order to achieve the look we wanted. He did a great job and we love the results!May 15, 2020Verified
It was a great experience to work with Stacy. We had a couple of extra challenges with this project. We requested to have the painting done before we closed the purchase so we had some access issues to the property. On top of that, I had to travel for 11 days in the process. Stacy showed a great deal of professionalism and ability to work independently. He helped to choose the color of the paint, showed up on time and delivered the results as promised. We were very pleased with the way Stacy handled everything. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.Sep 30, 2018Verified
This Stacy Evans guy is AWESOME! Came in at 10:00am…had to run and grab more paint, but is almost finished with the one unit we gave him. He is also really reasonable price-wise.Feb 22, 2018Verified
I was very disappointed in the detail work of Stacy. He came back and fixed a number of spots that I noticed and that was fine. Sadly I discovered many places where paint was spilled and not cleaned up, after we settled up. Paint on the kitchen faucet, globs of paint on the bathroom floor, paint on the towel rack, spots on the floor. I won't use EVCO again.May 4, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Jobs are based on industry standard production rates and broken into man hours. Material and sundry costs are combined with projected labor cost to create a comprehensive quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically try to set up an appointment to meet the client and assess the scope of work. I take detailed notes based on information received and ask questions to insure that the job will be done to their satisfaction. Depending on the size of the project I may provide a quote on the spot, but in every case I follow up with a written proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been painting for 38 years and was trained by old school master journeymen. I worked in union shops prior to starting my business and made foreman when I was 21. I have extensive experience in every aspect of the trade. At this point in my career I have chosen to focus on residential interior work.
