I needed help connecting my 3 smart TVs to my apartment WiFi (I am completely clueless when it comes to such things) and in learning how to use those TVs "smartly," as I am not purchasing a cable plan at present. Michael was fast, helpful, and patient. He also helped me with some iPhone app issues, going above and beyond what I had asked for. He was on time, very reasonable $$, and was GREAT in every respect--highly recommend.

Everything about our experience with Dennis was great! Our gas water heater went out and while I'm pretty good at repairs, I didn't know enough about replacing this appliance so we looked at the reviews and hired Dennis. Tyler and his team installed a Mantle-mount style TV mount that is adjustable to be able to adapt from a high up position to a low comfortable viewing height. His team had to add some additional support within the wall to make the setup strong enough. Everything went well and his team worked diligently.

I've used Puget Sound Computer Help three times and been extremely pleased with the results. I've recommended them to five of my clients and several of my friends. The first was for help with setting up a wireless network for my PC to access. He showed me how to make sure that mine wasn't competing with the signal strength with other nearby networks. What I learned from that experience I was able to use to set up my parents network. The second was when I mentioned to Bruce Miller, the owner how tired I was of seeing ads pushed to me on my computer. He showed me how to download and install a host file and reduced my annoying banner ads 95%. The interesting thing was that my computer is now operating faster because it doesn't have all that ad cluttered bandwidth to process. I was also able to test this when I went to my parents and used their ancient Wireless G Apple network. A third time was when I was wanted to set up dedicated phone lines for my QuickBooks and Quicken set up, review, training, and troubleshooting business in Seattle. He told me about an affordable device on Amazon that uses the Internet, helped me buy it, sign up for a very inexpensive monthly charge ($1.49 a month and 2 cents? a minute, much less than having Century Link or Comcast), and configure the lines. Now when line 1 rings, I know it is from my Craig's List ads and for line 2, I know the call is from someone who saw my profile on Yelp (rhymes with whelp). Using these lines has improved my marketing.
I had bought a new laptop which was full of nasty spyware and adware. Chris informed me they were loaded with "bloatware" (that was a new one to me!) and pretty much all came that way. He was very patient and his price was more than reasonable. I would recommend Chris and plan to do so to any of my friends who need IT assistance.

Responsive with quotes and questions. I was particular about the mount, they picked up the same one. We ran into issues with my curved TV with the mount - it didn't come with the required screw sizes that works for my TV. He used the screws from his other mount to ensure it worked. Very clean work and happy with the overall experience
