- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, my price has 3 rulers, the size of the size, client needs and demands, and frequency(if it is a routine)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, I prefer to can by and talk in person, and if not possible at least look at the site first then discuss by phone or email(to be honest their is people that I work for in more then a year, who I never spoke a word just emails and text), then I will adjust the price in accord with the demand and the frequency. Upon our agreement, you extange contact and I explain the billing process and schedule the visit or we plan a routine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use to a be farm(is not the same, but there a lot of similarities) back in my country and I work for a landscape company for around 4 years.
