The BEST Personal Trainer I have ever worked with! I was lucky enough to work with Lynn for over 2 years (before moving to CA). I not only achieved my desired weight loss, but I was stronger and fitter than I had ever been. I felt empowered by this new found fitness and strength and that carried over into other parts of my life. Lynn was well organised, charting my progress with reports and giving me the data that showed how much weight I had lost, how much muscle I had gained and how many inches I had lost. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?One on one training at the gym is $70 a session. Two clients brings that down to $49 each. Small group training of 3 -4 is $40 each. One on one training in a client's home is $85 a session. Coaching services are $85 a session. Private Yoga (in home) is $85 a session. Nutrition appointments (75 - 90 mins) is $189. This includes a computer profile, educational literature, and our time together for nutrition education.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We generally meet for a short consultation as a first step. The next step is a 75 - 90 minute appointment, within which the new client fills out a health history, we discuss goals, then continue on to do strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, range of motion, and body fat assessments. The information from this appointment allows me to design a comprehensive, individual program for each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm an ISSA certified Personal Trainer, a CHEK certified Lifestyle Coach, and an internationally certified Yoga Instructor. I hold an AAS in Allied Health, have a pre-med and teaching background, and have owned and operated my business for almost 20 years.
