7. Weight/Volleyball/food training
"Natimia continues to serve as my personal trainer for 2 1/2 hours a week. She meets me at the fitness center of my apartment complex for one session, and at my apartment for free weights, stretching, toning and light cardio for the second. She makes helpful nutritional recommendations and provides me with a great workout without sustaining injuries. She is very knowledgeable, hard working and dependable and gives 100% to improve her clients. She also has a great sense of humor and is a wonderful human being to work with.
