Be polite and professional.May 31, 2018VerifiedCriss H.'s reply
I just wanna say that I was never hired by you we spoke for no more than 2 minutes over phone and you hung up on me and I was simply requesting your contact information and address to schedule an appointment to look at your project. I have been in business for over 12 years and M very professional and polite to my customers but you did not give me the time of Day to give you that. And I feel leaving a terrible review for someone that you've never met or never hired is shallow personally I hope you can find someone to fix your deck but For future interactions with human beings I feel the person that needs to be polite professional is sometimes Would be yourself.
Criss installed two cabinets in our laundry room and two racks to hold laundry bags. He did a good job.May 19, 2017VerifiedCriss H.'s reply
thank you Ann!
Chris and his crew were great! They built a beautiful dog run for my two dogs and put in a doggie door. The dogs are happy, we are happy and we intend to have Chris build our outdoor patio later this summer.May 1, 2017VerifiedCriss H.'s reply
thank you Jennifer I really enjoyed doing your job and your dogs were a blast to hang out with and do that for can't wait for phase two
The Yard Guy is likely the most expensive option in the area. But we believe the professional service, timely execution and helpful attitude make them the right choice. We needed a full yard service in the Roy/McKenna area in less than a week. They not only scheduled us, they did a beautiful job. When we asked for a painter contact in the area to help with some interior paint touchups, they were able to help us within the short time frame. We highly recommend The Yard Guy!Oct 1, 2016VerifiedCriss H.'s reply
Thank you Marie, It was our pleasure helping you get these projects taken care of. ~Criss
On 11/22/2017 and I'm currently working with the Yard Guy. He is terrible and was doing a Christmas Tree Lighting project for me. He put mixed matched lights up, wont answer his phone, took my deposit and is not finished with the job. Don't use him for I am in the process of reporting him to the better business B and taking him to small claims court. If there were zero stars I would log this amount.Nov 30, 2017Criss H.'s reply
Hello to all who read my reviews this is a negative review by someone who is posting themselves as Anonymous and won't even deal with me directly and completely spreading lies about my company we sold her on all the lights ahead of time and install them her husband said everything was fine she is nothing but negative about everything if someone is not willing to be honest and upfront through the process and wait until the very end once the job is done and want you to make six different changes throughout the process of the job we did not take any money or deposit we build for what was done and did not charge the difference one of those situations where we did not come to an agreement nothing more than that we build for what work was performed in material left on sight. It's unfortunate a time of holiday and Christmas light hanging someone is so negative and impossible to please

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meeting face to face and accruing a little about each other.. building report with each other is 1st importance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Well I have over 11 years in this trade, and have accreditation award threw thumbtack for service excellence and reviewa from past customers to back it.
