Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I love music! I quit my day job to teach more lessons so that I could pass that love along to my students. Enjoyment of music is as important as proper technique and understanding. My music degree didn't teach me that, but teaching music in the schools sure helped! :) It's so much fun to see them grow as musicians and really enjoy it from the inside out! I teach weekly lessons in piano, saxophone, clarinet, and trombone to young and old and everywhere in between, tailoring each lesson to the needs and abilities of the individual. I pride myself in offering a caring and supportive environment and helping my students understand what makes practice perfect, always striving to balance high-quality education with fun! I recently moved to a new location about ten minutes from Little Creek Casino down Lynch Road, south of Shelton, WA, and I also teach lessons remotely through the free Zoom app.

I have only had 2 lessons with Tim so far but I left both with good pointers and pertinent home practice to improve. I am more enthused about the lessons now than I was in the beginning. I am also encouraging my grandson to get piano lessons with him.

My husband and I both started piano lessons (beginner level) with Tim about six months ago. We had previously worked with another teacher who was a good pianist, but not a trained teacher. The difference is impressive. Tim is friendly, supportive, and encouraging, He has taught us how to practice, not just what to practice. He is an excellent coach, paying attention to details (that really make a difference), instead of accepting pieces that are generally okay. Although we aren't natural musicians, we are making steady progress, and having fun doing it.

I absolutely love, the way Tim teaches his classes. Because I live in another state, we’ve had to remote each lesson. I never felt like I was getting a different experience, but the value stayed consistent!

Details: 18 - 25 years old • No, the student cannot read music • No formal training; some self-taught experience • Classical • Yes, the student has a piano • 30 minutes • Remotely (phone or internet)

My daughter has some learning delays but was very interested in music. Mr. Cromwell’s name was given to me and we started piano lessons. I was amazed at his encouraging personality and patience with my girl! She loved going to lessons and always tried her best. We continued with lessons for several years and experienced many recitals which were a wonderful experience to give my daughter performance practice in a professional atmosphere. My daughter developed real camaraderie with Mr. C and grew as a musician. He really fostered her love of music and became a great mentor to her as well. I appreciate his talent and skill and will always be grateful for her time with Mr. Cromwell!

Tim is patient and thorough. I appreciate his encouragement and praise of the things she does well. Tim helps her realize how to work through the parts that challenge her. Excellent!
