- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being the owners of a small Handyman/Maintenance company our work entails many different types of projects. We were asked by a subcontractor if we would be interested in new construction cleaning services and decided to give it a try. We very much enjoyed providing the service and decided to grow that area of our business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many considerations are given to a new construction clean that most people would not give a second thought to. We have an exteme attention to detail which included dry polishing fixtures and appliances as well as removing dust from switch covers, entry ways etc. We do not consider the job finished until the entire home from top to bottom is gleaming!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise a customer looking for new construction cleaning services to ask questions regarding the type of tools and cleaning products that would be used on the new constrction. Also I would advise the customer to ask for references from previous clients.
