- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All sessions include a non-refundable retainer fee 1/3 of your package price is due at the time of booking and reserves your photo session date on the calendar. The remainder of your session fee is due within 1 week of your scheduled photo session. Weddings/Special events the remainder of your session fee is due 21 days prior your event. I offer discounts for Yes! Military families, multi session discounts and referral discounts. Ask me for more details regarding these special discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with communication with the client to hear about their vision for their selected session, if I am the perfect fit for that session we schedule a session date and I will then receive the clients email to send them a questionnaire, contract and invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed photography courses at the Art Institute of Seattle, Green River Community College and with fellow colleagues.
